Engineering Documentation Staff

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any course is welcome to apply
  • Must have experience in the said position or same field
  • With good communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating, organizing, managing, and maintaining an organization's documents,
  • Ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible while adhering to internal standards and external regulations.
  • Creating, managing, and maintaining technical documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for engineering projects.
  • Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
  • Responsibilities include developing and managing document control systems, logging and distributing documents, ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory compliance, and acting as a key information liaison between engineering teams, project managers, and other departments

The office is located at Unit 1709 East Tower, Tektite Towers, Exchange Road, Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We are open Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 5PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
