What You'll Do
- Engage in proactive outreach to potential clients through phone calls to introduce teh accounts' services
- Identify customer needs and tailor our solutions to address those specific requirements
- Follow up on leads generated from various sources to move the sales process forward
- Effectively close sales with potential customers
- Assist customers via phone and email to address their questions and concerns
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
- Develop positive relationships with potential clients, aiming to create a positive customer experience and drive long-term partnerships
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years of Outbound Sales experience; In-bound Sales experience is a plus
- At least 2 years in cold and warm sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in the business services industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a nice to have but not required
- The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote work model
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php16, Php24,000.00 per month
