We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrative Officer
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist various departments as needed.

Job Description

  • Assess, qualify, and process client documents and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Convert receivables into cash by monitoring account quality and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Qualify new accounts and convert them into contracted sales.
  • Process broker's commissions efficiently and on time.

Job Qualifications

  • Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
  • Latin Honors is highly advantageous.
  • Outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Customer-centric, resilient, and hardworking.
  • Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas City.
  • Full-time position(s) available. No work experience required fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
