We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Administrative Officer
to join our team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and assist various departments as needed.
Job Description
- Assess, qualify, and process client documents and payments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Convert receivables into cash by monitoring account quality and delivering excellent customer service.
- Qualify new accounts and convert them into contracted sales.
- Process broker's commissions efficiently and on time.
Job Qualifications
- Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
- Latin Honors is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding scholastic and/or extracurricular achievements are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in computer applications such as MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Customer-centric, resilient, and hardworking.
- Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas City.
- Full-time position(s) available. No work experience required fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
