We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional post-sales support and build lasting client relationships. The role involves handling customer inquiries, complaints, and order processing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
  • Resolving issues, escalating complex concerns when needed, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems.
  • Promoting and upselling products or services aligned with customer needs.
  • Supporting internal and external clients while meeting agreed-upon sales targets.
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction to enhance service quality and retention.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any field (IT-related course preferred).

  1. Experience: At least 1 year in customer service with strong client interaction and problem-resolution skills.
  2. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, accurate data entry, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Technical: Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in MS Word and Excel; technical knowledge is a plus.
