  • Supervises collectors in his/her group department under the leadership of the Team Leader
  • Monitors beginning & ending PTP inventory of the team to be reported to his/her Supervisor.
  • Ensures collectors meet or beats daily collections goal
  • Ensures collectors are complied with Target quality call outs.
  • Resolves client's future complaints and or problem; must know how to make IR to be reviewed by his/her
  • Participates in appraising potential collectors in coordination with his/her Team Leader
  • Provides accurate answers to subordinates' and client questions; resolves work-related problems, as the need arises.
  • Monitors calls and completes spot audits along with his/her Team Leader
  • Trains, manages and develops a strong collections team.
  • Ensures that all collectors in his/her team follow the mandates of the Fair Collections Act to protect business from any liability.
  • Extends his/her help to negotiate effectively to inbound calls client for his/her group.
  • Evaluates collectors and recommends those who consistently meet collection goals; provides assistance to those who were unable to meet up.
  • Keeps himself/herself abreast with company rules and regulations ; orients new account officers in his/her team on existing company policies,.
  • Provides excellent monitoring of PTP, productivity of each collector to be reported to his/her Team Leader
  • Trains collections staff and performs call audits.
  • Motivates collectors to ensure they meet goals.
  • Provides exceptional leadership and good direction for the team
  • Coordinates collection activities with Supervisor.
  • Answers work-related employee questions and in resolving relevant issues.
  • Prepares and completes all necessary reports for his/her Supervisor's review.
  • Performs other tasks which he/she is capable to do, as the need arises.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
