KC's Kitchen PH, a growing food services and commissary-based company, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to manage and maintain the company's supplies, ingredients, and equipment for smooth kitchen operations.

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's inventory of supplies, ingredients, and equipment. This role ensures that all materials are accurately recorded, properly stored, and readily available to support the daily operations of KC's Kitchen PH. The Inventory Clerk works closely with the Admin and Kitchen Teams to coordinate orders, track usage, and maintain updated records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and record inventory flow, usage, and expenses.
  • Coordinate with the Admin Assistant and Kitchen Team for ordering supplies and ingredients.
  • Purchase and process orders for supplies, ingredients, and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in processing and filing payments to suppliers.
  • Ensure all supplies and ingredients are available for daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and stock areas.
  • Prepare accurate month-end and year-end inventory reports.
  • Track proper usage and stocking of ingredients in inventory reports.
  • Receive and inspect deliveries for completeness, quality, and freshness.
  • Handle urgent or last-minute purchases when necessary.
  • Research and recommend new suppliers that meet company standards.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database.

Qualifications

  • College level or vocational graduate in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in inventory or purchasing, preferably in food service or commissary operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Trustworthy, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
