We are looking for a Website Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. This role is essential in ensuring new clients have a smooth start with us. You'll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team, making sure everything is set up correctly and communication stays strong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients to obtain website and domain logins.
  • Manage and monitor website and domain migrations.
  • Follow up with clients via phone and email when responses are delayed.
  • Attend onboarding meetings during normal US business hours.
  • Assist new clients through the onboarding process and answer questions clearly.
  • Track client progress and make sure no details fall through the cracks.
  • Handle additional duties related to client management as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with minimal accent.
  • Comfortable speaking with clients on calls and in meetings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during onboarding.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.
  • Flexible and proactive in managing tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with website platforms, hosting, and domain management.
  • Background in customer service or account management.
  • Familiarity with website migrations and troubleshooting common issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php30,000.00 per month
