IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Person to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Programming:

• Develop and maintain custom software – CRM system.
• Write, test, and debug clean, efficient code.
• Collaborate with departments to gather and analyze software requirements.

Website Building and Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites.
• Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs.

Hardware Support:

• Provide technical support for hardware issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware.

IT Support:

• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets promptly.
• Assist in network setup and maintenance.
• Conduct system backups and data recovery operations.
• Document technical issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in programming, web development, and IT support.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Windows systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in handling and managing systems such as , , and Squarespace.

Work Setup Requirement:

• Processor: Ryzen 5 / Intel i5 (or higher)
• RAM: 8GB or higher
• At least 25 Mbps internet speed
• Clear webcam and headset
• White or any plain-color background (for video meeting purposes)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
