Website, Funnel & Email Automation Specialist (Full-Stack + AI-Creative)

Location: Remote / Offshore (preferably within ±3 hours of Sydney time)

Role Overview

This is a remote, high-performance role for a designer-developer hybrid who understands business outcomes. You will own the digital experience — building, maintaining, and optimizing websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels that speak to enterprise audiences.

Note: This is an asset-creation role, not a content-creation or social media role. You will focus on performance, structure, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain company and client websites , React, Webflow)
• Develop and optimize conversion-focused landing pages for campaigns, events, and product launches
• Ensure all pages are fully responsive, fast, and SEO-ready
• Manage web hosting, integrations, and analytics setup

Marketing & Funnel Execution

• Create and automate email marketing campaigns via HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or ActiveCampaign
• Build funnel workflows, lead forms, and CRM integrations
• Implement tracking, retargeting, and analytics (GA4, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights)
• Collaborate with marketing teams to improve conversion rates

Branding & Creative Assets

• Design and maintain brand identity assets — icons, visuals, banners, and layouts
• Create marketing assets for internal and client-facing projects
• Leverage AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, ChatGPT) for rapid content creation
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms

What This Role Does Not Include

• Social media management or content posting
• Webinar, event, or livestream management
• Long-form copywriting or blog creation
• Designing individual social creatives or video ads (you'll brief or direct creative/AI teams)
• Influencer marketing or PR

Your focus will be on strategy, structure, and implementation — the architecture of websites, landing pages, and automations that make campaigns performs.

Core Skills (Must-Have)

Development & Technical Execution

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• React, , TailwindCSS
• Strong UI/UX principles and spatial design
• Experience with enterprise-grade systems

Marketing & Communication

• Understanding of marketing funnels, storytelling, and conversion psychology
• Ability to structure content (headlines, CTAs, visuals) effectively
• Experience with mid-to-large corporate clients ($50M–$100M+ turnover)
• Data-driven mindset, ROI-focused, comfortable with A/B testing

Design & UX

• Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component systems)
• Responsive design and accessibility knowledge
• Visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and brand asset creation

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have)

• API integration, CRM setup, and automation (HubSpot, GHL, Firebase, Supabase, Make/Zapier)
• Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Video editing or animation (Premiere, After Effects, Runway, Pika)
• Copywriting for digital ads or EDMs
• Prompt-based AI content generation (Midjourney, Runway, Synthesia)
• Basic logic for automation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
