Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist with a background supporting international clients in digital insurance platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering smooth onboarding experiences. This role is fully remote, requiring effective communication skills and technical aptitude to configure and deploy our solutions successfully for clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific insurance and platform requirements during onboarding.
  • Manage end-to-end implementation, including system setup, configuration, and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance to ensure seamless deployment of our digital insurance platform into client workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients' teams to facilitate platform adoption and ensure they understand all features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with product, customer success, and support teams to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Monitor project progress, deliver timely updates, and ensure all milestones are met.
  • Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving onboarding processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting international clients, ideally in digital insurance, SaaS, or financial technology sectors.
  • Proven expertise in system implementation, integration, and onboarding of digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for remote collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Experience working with clients from the US or global markets is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php80,000.00 per month
