Job Summary:

We are looking for an Executive Secretary with a professional demeanor, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities to provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • With pleasing personality and professional appearance
  • Smart, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office tools
  • Can maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant is an advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, and business documents
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Liaise with internal departments, clients, and business partners
  • Maintain an organized filing and record-keeping system
  • Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and office communications
  • Prepare presentations, data summaries, and reports as required
  • Support in the preparation of company events, meetings, and reports
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
  • Perform other administrative and executive support duties as assigned
