A Technical Sales Executive must promote and sell technologically advanced products or services by combining deep product knowledge with persuasive sales techniques. To identify customer needs, delivering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive revenue and market share.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Product Expertise: Understand and explain the technical features, benefits, and applications of products to customers.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase value.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that meet both client and company objectives.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline status.
  • Adherance to plan activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the organization's Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Graduate of Engineering, Computer Science or related field.

Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering

Certification/License: Product-selling technologies (advantage but required)
