✓ 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or related technical sales/marketing field.

✓ Strong knowledge of PLC, motion control, sensors, safety, and robotics (Automation Process and Solutions).

✓ Proficient in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and cost analysis.

✓ Excellent communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.

✓ Self-driven, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.

✓ Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, and regional coordination.

✓ Additional certifications in robotics or industrial automation products (e.g., FANUC, ABB, Omron, KUKA, Mitsubishi, or Yaskawa

A. Price (Pricing Strategy)

  1. Propose and manage pricing strategies based on market trends, competition, and customer value.

  2. Ensure profitability and competitiveness in quotations and bids.

  3. Support management in defining discount structures and target margins.

  4. Coordinate with OMRON on pricing updates, cost revisions, and approvals.

  5. Provided data-driven pricing analysis to secure project wins. B. Place (Market Expansion & Channel Development)

  6. Identify and develop new business opportunities in key industrial sectors (semicon, electronics, automotive, F&B, logistics, etc.)

  7. Establish and maintain strong sales relationships with System Integrators (SIs) to collaborate on various projects.

  8. Support the internal sales teams and regional OMRON partners to expand coverage and penetration.

  9. Conduct regular site visits to factories for solution mapping and automation upgrades. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the industrial automation industry, including end-users and key decision makers. C. Promotion (Marketing & Lead Generation)

  10. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, webinars, product launches, and trade shows for OMRON IAB.

  11. Develop sales tools, case studies, and marketing materials highlighting automation solutions.

  12. Generate and manage qualified leads through online and offline activities.

  13. Maintain visibility of OMRON IAB through digital marketing, technical content, and customer engagement.

  14. Maximize revenue and profit by setting strategic growth priorities, analyzing local market dynamics, competition, and leveraging key business relationships
