Join our team as Global Partner Support Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional operational support and ensuring smooth global processes? Ivoclar is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Global Partner Support Representative.

In this role, you'll be the key point of contact for order processing, logistics coordination, and partner support. You'll manage incoming orders, monitor product availability, prepare transport documentation, and ensure timely shipments—all while maintaining compliance with regulatory and company standards. Your expertise will help streamline communication between internal teams and global partners, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality service across our worldwide operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming orders, quote requests, and customer inquiries
  • Monitoring product availability, clarifying and tracking delivery dates
  • Preparing transport documents and accompanying papers for special transports from Schaan/FL
  • Creating invoices and credit notes
  • Preparing and coordinating the shipment of trade fair and course materials
  • Updating delivery conditions
  • Clarifying shipping methods
  • Acting as a contact person for sales partners, end customers, regional sales managers, and subsidiaries in operational matters
  • Actively supporting the field service
  • Working closely with logistics, warehouse, and planning departments
  • Providing operational support to internal departments such as product management, key account management, customer care management, academy, R&D
  • Pre- and post-processing of promotions, trade fairs, and events
  • Personally supporting sales at trade fairs and events, if required
  • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the safety manual
  • Implementing and adhering to the guidelines of the personnel manual
  • Implementing and adhering to regulatory requirements
  • Acting as a role model in accordance with the corporate values of the Ivoclar Group

What You'll Bring:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or customer service.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of order management and shipping processes.
  • Knowledge of transport documentation and international shipping regulations.
  • Ability to create invoices, credit notes, and manage delivery conditions.
  • Familiarity with trade fair and event logistics is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in documentation and data entry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events.
  • Commitment to safety, personnel, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a role model aligned with corporate values.
