full-cycle bookkeeping role
, you'll manage everything from AP, AR, and payroll to bank reconciliations and financial reporting in QuickBooks Online, ensuring accurate, organized records across multiple clients. Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping—including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, chart of accounts management, and preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks for multiple clients across various industries
- Ensure clear separation of financial processes and data between clients to prevent cross-industry confusion
- Support the reduction of backlog and weekend work by maintaining timely and organized financial workflows
- Maintain up-to-date records and streamline ongoing financial operations
- Apply foundational knowledge of accounting principles to support accurate financial reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and precision in handling client-specific financial information
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- At least 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end bookkeeping processes, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, chart of accounts management, and preparation of profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Strong foundational understanding of QuickBooks Online, bookkeeping, and general accounting functions
- Ability to manage multiple clients while maintaining clear and distinct processes across various industries to avoid confusion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Skilled in data entry, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and consistently up to date
