Role Description

We are currently hiring 
Travel Consultants
 to join our growing team in Ortigas, Pasig City. This is a 
full-time, on-site role
 where you will manage client travel arrangements, provide expert travel advice, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for closing travel sales and meeting performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations for flights, hotels, holiday packages, and visas
  • Offer travel advice and tailor-fit packages based on customer needs and budget
  • Manage inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international destinations, visa requirements, and promotions
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and in-house departments
  • Ensure a seamless and personalized customer experience

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a 
    travel agency
     or 
    sales role
     is a strong advantage
  • Freshers
     with relevant knowledge or passion for the travel industry are welcome to apply
  • Strong 
    communication and sales conversation skills
     are required
  • Knowledge of 
    international destinations and visa requirements
     is preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
