This role is based in Manila or Cebu

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for inbound travel from Japan by supporting contract with hotels and promoting them to customers in Japan.
  • Current situation analysis for partners (mainly hotel partners) - Consulting to partners, aimed at creating win win online travel / accommodation plans for online sales.
  • Plan and create accommodation plans.
  • Production support for online customized pages.
  • Business development to increase advertisement sales to partners.
  • Customer service support for local partners.
  • Other adhoc duties

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3 years' working in hospitality or related.
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking customers.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment with a track record of strong results.
  • Proven track record of self-motivated performance and perseverance in travel or related industry.
  • Able to work with minimal guidance and drive partnership opportunities forward.
  • Strong attention to detail and have the ability to see the end game of each business opportunity.
  • Business, sales experience
  • Customer service experience.
