Role is to focus on ensuring all Physical Property within the SMX Convention Center are maintained in a Safe and Reliable condition. Multi-Skilled Technician is also expected to actively support and assist other Engineering Staff as and when there is a need for the proper repair and maintenance of the equipment.

  • To perform repair work in interior and exterior building walls.
  • To carry out erection work of new walls and demolition work of existing walls as directed by the supervisor.
  • To carry out repairs on existing wall and floor tile work and to lay new tiles as instructed.

Repair and maintenance of the following, as needed:

  • Heating equipment
  • Cooling Towers
  • Pumps and Fans
  • Plumbing and Drainage System
  • Fire Protection System
  • Filters
  • Kitchen and Mechanical Equipment (including welding and brazing works)
  • De-clogging of drains
  • Repair of door alignment, doorknob and locks
  • Repair of plumbing fixtures
  • Painting
  • Repair of furniture and fixtures
  • Changing of busted lamps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php14,000.00 per month
