Multi-Skilled/ Building Technician

Must have relevant experience as multi-skilled technician in a building setting

· Switching on of equipment room exhaust fans.

· Reductions on common area lightings during the day.

· Load water supply for the overhead water tanks.

· Inspect electrical equipment within the common areas to include light bulbs lamps, fixtures, etc. and replace busted ones.

· Load monitoring of main bus duct, main lugs and other electrical equipment.

· Daily electrical consumption monitoring of the whole building (mother meter) and tenants occupied for spaces (individual meter)

· Conducts weekly generator testing/warm ups every Saturday morning.

· All other task that may be assigned by the PM.
