Multi Skilled Technician

Position: Multi Skilled Technician Location: Cebu, Philippines Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Multi Skilled Technician to join our Cebu operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across multiple trades including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-Trade Maintenance & Operations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Conduct daily inspections and monitoring of building systems and equipment
• Execute work orders through CMMS system efficiently and accurately
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures across various trades
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

Electrical Systems
• Perform basic electrical repairs and installations
• Monitor electrical panels, circuits, and power distribution systems
• Replace lighting fixtures, switches, and outlets
• Conduct electrical safety checks and testing

Mechanical Systems
• Maintain HVAC equipment including AHUs, chillers, and boilers
• Service pumps, motors, and related mechanical equipment
• Perform belt changes, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks
• Monitor building automation systems (BMS) and respond to alarms

Plumbing & Water Systems
• Repair and maintain water supply and drainage systems
• Service pumps, valves, and fixtures
• Respond to water leaks and blockages
• Maintain water quality and treatment systems

General Building Maintenance
• Perform carpentry, painting, and minor construction tasks
• Maintain building envelope including doors, windows, and seals
• Conduct routine facility inspections and safety checks
• Support emergency response and after-hours callouts

Administrative Duties
• Update CMMS system with work completion details
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed

Essential Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in building maintenance or multi-skilled trades
• Technical diploma/certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work
• Basic knowledge of building automation systems (BMS)

Technical Skills
• Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Basic electrical knowledge and safety practices
• Understanding of mechanical systems and equipment
• Plumbing repair and installation skills
• Ability to read technical drawings and manuals

Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Good communication skills in English and Filipino
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Customer service oriented approach

Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Available for emergency callouts and overtime as required
• Valid driver's license preferred
