  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in building maintenance
  • Preferably with National Competency Certificate in TESDA
  • Hard-working and good interpersonal skills
  • Performs related mechanical, electrical, plumbing works, and other repair needs of the building
  • Conduct preventive maintenance activities
  • Load monitoring of the main bus duct, main lugs and other electrical equipment.
  • Attends service calls of homeowners and tenants.
  • Assist in start-up of A/C System, Blowers, Pumps, and other major equipment including its accessories.
  • Inspect and perform routine check-up of mechanical/electrical facilities of the building, and initiate repair when required like transfer pump, booster pump, electric driven fire
  • Regular inspection and monitoring of building facilities to prevent company losses on utilities and revenue.
