Night Auditor

Job Summary:

• Responsible for auditing and reconciling the hotel's daily financial transactions from Rooms and Food & Beverage operations, ensuring accuracy of postings, revenues, and reports before turnover to management and Accounting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audit of room revenues, F&B sales, cash, and credit transactions.
• Verify and balance POS and PMS reports against system totals.
• Reconciles postings against BEO and contracts
• Reconcile all front office and outlet sales summaries.
• Prepare the Daily Sales and Revenue Report for Accounting and Management.
• Ensure accurate posting of room rates, discounts, and service charges.
• Reconcile actual Housekeeping room status against the system to ensure room inventory accuracy.
• Perform system backups and ensure reports are properly generated before day-end closing.
• Safeguard front office cash, keys, and documents during the night.
• Maintain safety and security of front office cash and records during the night.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or college level in Hospitality, Business, or Accounting.
• With experience in Front Office, Accounting, or F&B cashiering.
• Knowledgeable in PMS and POS systems.
• Good in numbers and highly detail-oriented.
• Trustworthy and reliable in handling financial data and reports.
• Can work independently on night shifts.
• With good communication and guest service skills.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.
