Join a trusted and expanding security services company as an Account Executive for corporate clients. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in relationship management, communication, and ensuring excellent service delivery—without heavy sales pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned corporate clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, requests, concerns, and updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth security service delivery and guard deployment
  • Support client onboarding, account updates, and issue resolution
  • Monitor client satisfaction and propose solutions to improve service quality
  • Identify opportunities for renewals, account expansion, and value-added services
  • Track interactions and progress using CRM tools for accurate reporting
  • Assist in client meetings, business reviews, and account development activities

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in account management, client service, or B2B roles
  • Experience in security, manpower, telco, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficient with digital communication tools and CRM systems
  • Professional, proactive, and client-focused
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati City
