We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Branch, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our restaurant locations. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer service, maximising efficiency, and drive the business forward.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and Motivate a team of the restaurant. Support the General Manager in daily operations
  2. Help manage schedules, inventory, and reports
  3. Monitor inventory, staffing, and financial performance to identify areas for improvement
  4. Implement efficient procedures and systems to enhance the guest experience
  5. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  6. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations. Maintain food safety and store standards.
  7. Lead and motivate the team during service
  8. Support the training and development of restaurant staff.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree graduate. Minimum of 2 years work related experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
  2. Has a strong leadership and people management skills
  3. can work under pressure and minimum supervision
  4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
  5. Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and financial management
  6. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experience.
  7. Willing to be assigned in ATC, Makati, MOA, Pasig, Quezon City
  8. Can start immediately is an advantage.
