About the role

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Nan Tian Group Ltd., Inc.'. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant located in Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that requires exceptional leadership, customer service, and business management skills.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the overall operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budget management
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and increase revenue
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with the corporate team to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the hospitality and tourism industry
  • Casual/fast casual restaurant management experience is preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Fluency in English and Filipino required; additional languages beneficial for diverse customer base
  • Excellent customer service skills and a deep understanding of the dining experience
  • Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, inventory control, and cost analysis
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel for financial reporting
  • Familiarity with marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer engagement
  • Working knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the restaurant industry
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
