Job Summary

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient team performance, and compliance with company standards. This role plays a key part in driving sales, maintaining food quality, and upholding brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Support staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering, and cost management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards
  • Support implementation of promotions and marketing initiatives
  • Prepare reports and assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in F&B or retail
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and basic reporting
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in casual dining or dessert concepts is an advantage
