HUMAN RESOURCE & ADMIN MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Process and manage end to end recruitment activities from identifying vacancies, creating job postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining database of potential candidates for future reference, providing job offers, and contacting new hires.
· Perform pre-onboarding process such as preparation of contracts both for regular employees and independent consultants, completion of employee onboarding requirements, and welcoming of new hires.
· Oversee all employee onboarding boarding and off boarding in Manila and other offices and support for the interim such matters in Head Quarters from time to time occur.
· Coordinate HMO enrollment and cancellation for new hires and resigned employees, respectively.
· Support and manage employee performance system such as performance evaluation and performance improvement plan.
· Manage and oversee employee leave and provide monthly updates to management on booked and utilized leave as well as unexpected or unexplained absence.
· Act as company representative to DOLE during any required mediation, conference, training or labor case.
· Roll-out employee communications and engagement such as training, announcement of holidays, and social activities.
· Manage facilities and any security/safety and logistics matters relating to the company or company team buildings and parties.
· Conduct a review and if required lead the adjustment/reevaluation of compensation and benefits
· Propose and with management approval implement salary adjustments, the overall structure and the system of appraisals.
· Oversee disciplinary action as required.
· Support the Business and Ops function in processing payroll on a timely basis.
· Ensure compliances to regulations by government authorities such as DOLE, PAG-IBIG, SSS, and PhilHealth
· Lead the Occupational Safety and Health team and implement relevant activities for workplace safety and security.
· In case of fortuitous events, proactively plan and implement business continuity and crisis management programs, ensuring prompt reporting to management.
· Maintain documentations on the entire employee lifecycle and complete 201 files with utmost confidentiality.
· Administer renewal of PSA's intellectual property rights.
· Support the admin team for vendor management and office premises organization, where these duties do not interfere with the primary HR role of the employee.
