Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Industrial Technology major in Electrical.
  • Open to fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow.
  • Must be willing to work in San Fernando, Pampanga.
  • Available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation, commissioning, and decommissioning of engineering equipment.
  • Monitor and inspect engineering motors by assessing sound, vibration, visual conditions, and temperature to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee and maintain engineering electrical systems to prevent malfunctions and downtime.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure compliance with chlorine content standards in process water used for production.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Operate essential engineering equipment such as boilers, compressors, and refrigeration units in accordance with safety standards.
  • Respond to maintenance requests from other departments, ensuring proper approval from the Engineering Department Head.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and shutdown activities, including housekeeping and spare parts replacement.
  • Support engineering facility rehabilitation and improvements.
  • Maintain detailed records of equipment performance, issues encountered, and completed work during shifts.
  • Communicate and endorse ongoing concerns, necessary repairs, and recommendations for continued operational efficiency.
  • Carry out other engineering-related tasks as assigned.

  • 12-hour shifts (rotational as required).
