Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Technician with experience in operating and maintaining CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals, networking, and surveillance equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, operate, and maintain CCTV systems across multiple locations
  • Perform routine checks to ensure all cameras and recording systems are functioning properly
  • Troubleshoot CCTV, network, and basic IT issues
  • Install, configure, and upgrade CCTV hardware and software
  • Maintain security logs and ensure data backup integrity
  • Support general IT operations when needed
  • Coordinate with vendors or technicians for repairs and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with company security and data policies
Requirements
  • Diploma/Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience operating and managing CCTV systems (DVR/NVR/IP Cameras)
  • Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude
  • Willing to work on-site and respond to urgent issues when required
Advantages (Optional)
  • Knowledge of access control systems
  • Experience with CCTV analytics or monitoring software
  • Basic electrical or cabling experience
