We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician for our Metering Facility Maintenance Group. In this crucial role, handle the installation, testing, calibration, and maintenance of revenue metering systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, wire, and test high voltage metering equipment (Current Transformers, Voltage Transformers, meters, modems, CITs).
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance of metering systems.
  • Perform meter configuration, troubleshooting, and data retrieval.
  • Operate measuring and monitoring equipment for testing and calibration.
  • Ensure compliance with government metering standards.
  • Maintain tools, test equipment, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Technical vocational course or at least two years of college in technical/ engineering field
  • with a valid Registered Master Electrician or TESDA NC II Certification in an electrical field
  • proven Experience in High Voltage equipment testing and maintenance
  • proven Experience in metering equipment maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in the electric power industry.
  • Computer literate (MS Office and CAD)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and during emergency call-outs.
