functions within our HR department.

The Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Manager are:

  1. Compensation & Benefits Management:


• Design and Implementation: Develop and implement competitive and equitable compensation structures that support the company's business strategy, attract top talent, and drive employee engagement.


• Market Analysis: Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking of compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.


• Employee Benefits: Manage & oversee the end-to-end administration of comprehensive payroll, timekeeping & benefits administration and packages, including health, wellness, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Continuously assess and recommend improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.


• Compensation Analysis: Analyze compensation data to ensure internal pay equity, manage salary review cycles, and provide recommendations for salary increases, bonuses, and promotions.


• Policy and Compliance: Ensure compensation and benefits practices comply with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements, and are aligned with company policies and industry standards by enforcing applicable labor law guidelines.


• Communication: Effectively communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees, ensuring clarity and understanding of available options and how they align with the company's mission and values.

  1. Talent Acquisition Management:


• Recruitment Strategy: Lead talent acquisition efforts to build and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs, partnering with department heads to understand hiring requirements.


• Employer Branding: Develop and enhance the company's employer brand to attract top-tier candidates by leveraging digital platforms, recruitment events, and networking opportunities.


• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage & oversee the recruitment process from job posting creation, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offering negotiations, and champion the onboarding process and orientation programs. Focus on both active and passive candidate pools.


• Collaboration with HR Team: Work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with compensation offerings, ensuring consistency in candidate experiences and salary expectations.


• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and performance analytics to optimize sourcing channels, improve recruitment strategies, and monitor the effectiveness of talent acquisition campaigns.

3.
Manage and Coach
CompBen and Talent Acquisition teams to deliver results according to standards and timelines as well as develop a strong sense of collaboration and customer service within the department, company and with external partners.

  1. Undertakes any special projects that may be assigned by the AVP-HR & the President.
