Executive Assistant

Job Description:
- Executive Sales Admin.
- CRM Management: Oversee and maintain the Pipedrive system (employer CRM system).
- Customer Accreditation: Facilitate the accreditation process for new and existing customers.
- Document Dispatch: Send via email brochures, proposals, and borrower agreements to clients as needed.
- Client Support: Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Meeting Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule demo meetings for sales, platform training, and after-sales support.
- Deal Tracking: Follow up on the status of client deals and maintain updatesin the CRM.
- Client Assistance: Assist walk-in clients with their inquiries or needs.
- Order Processing: Handle and process customer orders accurately.
- Documentation Management: Prepare and file Service Level Agreements, client contracts, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Executive Team Support: Provide general administrative support to the Executive Team.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and manage meetings with clients or the direct supervisor.
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the calendar of the direct supervisor.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or employer.
Qualifications:
- Business Administration or any related course graduate
- Executive Support, Sales and Client-facing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in office software and tools
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have knowledge in SLA contract is a plus but not required.
- With at least 1 year experience as Executive Assistant.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
