We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate – Onboarding & Benefits to support our growing team. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end onboarding process, administering company and government-mandated benefits, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and eager to contribute to process improvements that enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the full new hire onboarding process, including preparation of employment checklists, system credential creation, and facilitation of onboarding sessions.
  • Administer and address employee inquiries on company-provided and government-mandated benefits.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Provide timely resolution to employee concerns related to benefits and onboarding.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements aimed at optimizing efficiency and enhancing employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management (HRDM), or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, specifically in onboarding and benefits administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience using Sprout HRIS is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level preferred).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
