Job Overview:

  • On-site at Taguig
  • Day shift
  • Requires 2 to 3 years or more of experience in making sure hotel prices and guest benefits are accurate and consistent online, across various booking platforms

Main Responsibilities

  1. Rate Validation & Parity

  2. Validate and integrate contracted rates (BAR, Advance Purchase, company preferred rates, Consortia Programs) received from GDS and hotel partners.

  3. Conduct ongoing parity checks across distribution channels to ensure competitiveness and protect company's brand positioning.
  4. Identify anomalies or discrepancies and collaborate with partners and internal teams to resolve them quickly.

  5. Propose improvements to streamline validation processes and enhance automation in rate control.

  6. Benefits & Portfolio Accuracy

  7. Guarantee that company benefits (complimentary breakfast, upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, welcome amenities) are correctly attributed and consistently visible online.

  8. Monitor and update room categories, rate plans, and partner modifications to ensure accurate reflection in the system.

Qualifications:

  • Has 2 to 3 years or more of experience in making sure hotel prices and guest benefits are accurate and consistent online, across various booking platforms.
  • Amenable to work at SM Aura, Taguig
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy — able to spot inconsistencies in data and listings

  • Ability to identify and resolve errors in:

  • Cancellation policies

  • Rate inclusions (e.g., breakfast, upgrades)
  • Taxes and pricing
  • Deposit policies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of hotel booking engines, CRS/PMS systems, or content management platforms is a plus
  • Familiarity with rate parity practices and industry standards is a plus
