Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-oriented, and detail-driven Travel Consultant to join our team on a seasonal contract basis with a possible extension based on business needs. The Travel Consultant will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel plans—ranging from booking flights and accommodations to creating customized travel packages. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, hands-on experience with travel systems, and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed flight quotations, including fare breakdowns, flight details, and additional services.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to search, book, and manage flights for clients.
  • Confirm and issue flight reservations, itineraries, and e-tickets to clients accurately and on time.
  • Compare flight options, pricing, and availability across GDS platforms, portals, and airline websites.
  • Design customized travel packages combining flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities for tailored experiences.
  • Source, research, and negotiate with travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators) to secure competitive rates and value-added amenities.
  • Assist clients in selecting and booking accommodations based on their preferences and budget.
  • Coordinate transportation arrangements (car rentals, airport transfers, chauffeur services)
  • Provide clients with all necessary booking references, confirmations, and travel-related information.
  • Support the operations team with reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing accurate flight quotations and managing end-to-end bookings.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Strong understanding of reservation systems and ticketing portals.
  • Ability to process ticketing transactions efficiently and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • A genuine passion for travel and delivering outstanding client service.

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
