Brief Qualifications & Primary Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a dynamic Travel & Visa Consultant to assist clients with bookings, customized travel packages, and visa applications. The role includes liaising with embassies, consulates, and government agencies while ensuring updated knowledge of visa requirements and travel regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and detailed flight quotations, including fare breakdowns and flight details.
  • Search and book flights using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Confirm reservations, issue itineraries and e-tickets, and provide after-sales support.
  • Design customized travel packages, combining flights, hotels, transportation, and tours.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure competitive rates.
  • Assist clients with hotel bookings, transfers, and transportation arrangements.
  • Handle clients' visa applications and related documentation.
  • Liaise with embassies/consulates, the Philippine Immigration Bureau, NBI, and other government agencies for visa and travel document processing.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of visa requirements, regulations, and travel advisories.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in preparing flight quotations and using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
  • Familiarity with ticketing portals, hotel booking systems, and reservation platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in visa processing and dealing with government agencies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
