You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of goods and services to support the operations of our healthcare facility located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the entire procurement cycle, including identifying supplier requirements, sourcing, negotiating contracts, and placing orders
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet operational demands
  3. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver timely solutions
  4. Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  5. Assist in the implementation of procurement policies and procedures to enhance the overall purchasing process
  6. Provide administrative support, such as processing purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documentation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the healthcare or logistics industry
  2. Strong understanding of procurement principles, policies, and best practices
  3. Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
  4. Proficient in data analysis and inventory management
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  6. Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  7. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
