Responsibilites Oversee the overall financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and budgets. Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls. Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning to support company objectives. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, statutory reports, and compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements. Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as necessary. Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team, fostering continuous development and accountability. Monitor and control company expenses and recommend cost‑saving strategies. Support management in strategic decision‑making by providing financial insights and analysis. Job Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Preferably with CPA License) At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) , BIR regulations , and other relevant financial laws. Proficient in any accounting systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team. High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑department coordination and external liaison. Preferably someone who can do onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig. #J-18808-Ljbffr
