We are seeking a results-driven and digitally savvy Integrated Solutions Manager to spearhead business growth in the Philippines. The ideal candidate is experienced in a fast-paced agency environment, possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing, and has a strong network within both brand and agency circles.

Key Responsibilities

· Business Development & Client Management

· Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for Clozette's digital marketing and content solutions.

· Strengthen and expand relationships with existing and potential clients, including both brands and agencies.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

· Campaign Strategy & Proposal Development

· Translate client briefs into compelling and strategic digital marketing proposals, including influencer campaigns, content marketing, and social media activations.

· Develop and present creative, data-driven solutions aligned with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.

· Deliver persuasive presentations and negotiate effectively to close deals.

· Campaign Coordination & Reporting

· Collaborate with internal campaign, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of client campaigns.

· Oversee campaign performance and prepare detailed post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Proven experience in a digital, media, or advertising agency environment.

· Minimum of 3 years' experience in digital media sales, influencer marketing, or online advertising.

· Strong background in business development, client servicing, and account management.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Passionate about social media, influencer marketing, and content-driven campaigns.

· Results-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized.

· Sound understanding of digital marketing platforms and metrics (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google).
