We are seeking a Functional Lead, SDR (Training Manager) to strengthen our Sales Development team by leading training, quality assurance, and cold call coaching. This role is measured by one clear outcome: ensuring SDRs — especially new hires — consistently perform and hit their goals.

Unlike a traditional Program Manager role, this is a specialized leadership position focused on developing SDR talent, maintaining quality standards, and driving measurable performance improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver SDR onboarding, role-play sessions, and structured training paths.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide call coaching, performance feedback, and individualized improvement plans aligned with leadership goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Set quality standards, review SDR activities, and track metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Enablement: Identify skill gaps, align processes with cross-functional teams, and drive SDR accountability on goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Development, preferably as an SDR leader, trainer, or manager.
  • Strong track record in SDR training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable using metrics to measure impact.
  • Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Passion for developing people and improving sales performance.
