Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant Head with strong NetSuite expertise and a solid accounting background (CPA preferred) to lead our growing consulting and BPO accounting practice.

This role goes beyond ERP implementation — you'll oversee ongoing NetSuite support, accounting operations, and process optimization for multiple clients. You'll lead a team that delivers both functional consulting and outsourced accounting/admin services, ensuring clients achieve accurate financials, efficient operations, and scalable systems.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of consultants and accountants delivering NetSuite implementations, optimizations, and ongoing managed services.
  • Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting for clients utilizing BPO accounting support.
  • Conduct business process reviews and implement automation and workflow improvements in NetSuite.
  • Manage system configuration, data integrity, and reporting accuracy across client environments.
  • Provide functional and accounting consulting, aligning system workflows with client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with developers and integration partners to enhance NetSuite functionality and integrations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials for both internal and client use.
  • Support new client onboarding and scoping for both ERP and accounting service engagements.
  • Mentor and coach team members, ensuring delivery quality and professional growth.
  • Partner with U.S. and global clients across industries to deliver scalable, high-quality financial operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • CPA license or equivalent accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of NetSuite functional experience, including accounting, inventory, and operations modules.
  • 2+ years of experience managing ERP or accounting teams.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, financial processes, and ERP workflows.
  • Experience in a BPO or consulting environment serving international clients.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
  • NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation) preferred.

Experience Level:

Senior / Manager (5+ years ERP or accounting consulting, 2+ years team leadership)

Work Setup:

Remote (Cebu preferred)
