Mechanical, Plumbing, and HVAC Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and supervise mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor installation, pressure testing, alignment, and commissioning activities for mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Review and validate inspection requests, method statements, and test results submitted by the EPCOM contractor.
  • Ensure equipment and materials comply with project and technical standards.
  • Coordinate with EPCOM, Ardurra, and MPW teams to resolve system-related issues.
  • Witness testing and commissioning of systems and prepare detailed reports.
  • Verify quantities and supporting documentation for progress billing.
  • Prepare and submit detailed
    daily and weekly inspection reports
    .
  • Ensure adherence to safety practices and environmental protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • PRC license
    preferred.
  • 7–10 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC construction inspection.
  • Knowledge of codes such as
    ASME, ASHRAE, SMACNA
    .
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office
    and
    AutoCAD
    .
  • Strong technical, analytical, and reporting skills.
