HVAC Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in selecting HVAC products and services

· Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and quotations

· Handle sales transactions accurately (POS, invoices)

· Follow up with customers on inquiries, installations, or service requests

· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

· Maintain store/display area, ensuring products are properly arranged

· Support team in marketing, promotions, and customer events

· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update records

Qualifications:

· High School Graduate, College level/graduate preferred

· With experience in sales, retail, or HVAC industry is an advantage

· Strong communication and customer service skills

· Knowledge of HVAC products is a plus

· Able to work under minimal supervision

· Cebuano-speaking applicants preferred

· Cebu-based or willing to relocate to Cebu is an advantage
