Main Duties & Responsibilities
:

  • Serves as the primary point of contact, actively interacting with prospective organizations to promote Ingram Micro's Generative AI solutions through value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references, and analyst data.
  • Responsible for selling Ingram Micro's products or services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
  • Develop future strategies and new customer & channel initiatives. Understand customer profile, business mix and strategize to address opportunities with Ingram's product and solution offering. Provides leadership and guidance in account planning and engagement
  • Gathering of market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development and constant evaluation of potential new product lines
  • Pre-sales support for Nvidia and AI technologies and solutions, including GPUs, and deep learning solutions, and identify and analyze customer requirements and architecture.
  • Solution design proposal preparation for bids and projects, which includes proposed architecture and sizing, and ensure to meet the project deadline at all times.
  • Provide technical sales advice/support for Gen AI solutions, including sizing, licensing, technical advice, presentation, proof of concepts, demonstration, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform a site survey and assess the customer's IT infrastructure.
  • Work with vendors, system integrators, and end users when prospecting for business opportunities, including product presentation & technical enablement.
  • Work with internal Product Managers & Business Managers to design marketing programs.
