Store Manager

The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the store/outlet within the hospitality establishment. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of sales and profitability goals, compliance with standards and policies, and the development of a motivated, high-performing team.
The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement in line with the brand's vision and service culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, and stock levels to meet targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
- Implement store policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company guidelines.
2. Sales & Profitability
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze financial performance, prepare sales reports, and manage budgets.
- Optimize cost control and minimize wastage without compromising quality.
3. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service aligned with hospitality standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
4. Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain a high-performing team.
- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
- Foster a positive and service-oriented work culture.
- Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
5. Inventory & Vendor Management
- Oversee stock management, ordering, and replenishment of supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in store/outlet management within the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry.
- Proven track record in sales achievement, customer service, and team management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
