The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the store/outlet within the hospitality establishment. This role ensures the delivery of exceptional customer service, achievement of sales and profitability goals, compliance with standards and policies, and the development of a motivated, high-performing team.

The Store Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and staff engagement in line with the brand's vision and service culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations Management

  • Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Monitor sales performance, inventory, and stock levels to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
  • Implement store policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company guidelines.

2. Sales & Profitability

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Analyze financial performance, prepare sales reports, and manage budgets.
  • Optimize cost control and minimize wastage without compromising quality.

3. Customer Service Excellence

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest service aligned with hospitality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Build strong guest relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
  • Foster a positive and service-oriented work culture.
  • Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

5. Inventory & Vendor Management

  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and replenishment of supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in store/outlet management within the hospitality, F&B, or retail industry.
  • Proven track record in sales achievement, customer service, and team management.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards, POS systems, and inventory management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
