Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales and performance targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels, oversee replenishment, and minimize shrinkage or losses.
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and store financial controls.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory role in retail.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
