We're seeking a Recruiting Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

What You'll Do:

  • Check emails, texts and voicemails.
  • Download new resumes from Indeed.
  • Lead sourcing from various platforms.
  • Run the resume chat prompt and create the daily new-lead spreadsheet.
  • Upload new leads into the Google Maps sheet and import them into GHL.
  • Quality-check all leads imported into GHL.
  • Make outbound calls to determine if leads are eligible for onboarding or need additional steps.
  • Schedule onboarding sessions for qualified instructors.
  • Check background check status for scheduled onboardings.
  • Review uploaded documents and confirm each day's onboarding calls.
  • Run onboarding sessions via Google Meet.
  • Collect and approve required vendor documents.
  • Follow up until all documents are submitted and approved.
  • Mark completed onboarding sessions as "pending" for manager review.
  • Submit a KPI Daily Report and a daily/weekly calendar before each daily meeting.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proficiency in navigating recruitment platforms (Indeed) and sourcing leads to build a consistent pipeline.
  • Skill in managing data across multiple platforms (GHL, Google Maps, Spreadsheets) and utilizing AI prompts for lead processing.
  • Ability to conduct outbound calls and document reviews to vet eligibility and technical compliance.
  • Capability to lead professional onboarding sessions via video conferencing (Google Meet) to verify credentials.
  • Ability to track candidate progress through background checks and document approval while providing data-driven daily reports.
