We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Head to lead Saripay Fintech sales organization. The role is responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing distribution channels, hiring and managing regional sales team leads and through them sales executives.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consumer banking products (credit cards, BNPL, Loans etc) with proven ability to build high-performing sales teams, partnerships, and scalable go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Core Goals

  • Define and execute the national sales strategy for acquiring MSME's, marketing them Saripay products and services, and delivering on our acquisition targets.
  • Build a national team from start by hiring in each region sales team leads and sales executives as we scale our Saripay acquisition platform.
  • Build and scale distribution networks including direct sales, digital channels, DSAs, partnerships, and alliances.
  • Deliver the core metrics for acquisition, loans disbursement, other products in Saripay palette by setting and delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Business Development & Growth

  • Develop and expand partnerships with local MSME organizations, local Barangay officials, malls (for booth's), and other locations to acquire MSME's.
  • Identify and launch innovative customer acquisition models in offline ecosystems.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell strategies to maximize wallet share and customer lifetime value.

Sales Management

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a large pan-PH sales team including zonal/ regional/ area managers.
  • Monitor sales funnel, productivity, and performance KPIs at all levels.
  • Ensure robust sales governance, compliance, and risk management in line with regulatory requirements.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly & annual sales volumes (MSME acquired, loans disbursed, other financial service products sold).
  • Activation and usage rates for new customers.
  • Portfolio quality metrics (delinquency, charge-off rates).
  • Expansion of distribution channels and partnerships.
  • Team productivity and attrition levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in retail financial services, with at least 4+ years in a national/regional leadership role.
  • Strong exposure to credit cards, consumer lending, or personal loans is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale sales teams and deliver aggressive growth targets.
  • Established relationships with distribution partners, fintechs, DSAs, and banking networks.
  • Strong understanding of credit risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (RBI guidelines).
  • A minimum of 4 years undergraduate degree is mandatory with experience in top tier banks or fintech is preferred.
  • Strong local language skills and preference given to someone with regional dialects.
  • 75%+ field and travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php100,000.00 per month
