Position Summary

The Project Supervisor oversees day-to-day project operations, ensures that tasks are carried out according to plan, and supports the Project Manager and field teams in delivering high-quality results within the required timeline and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily project activities and ensure work is completed according to standards, timelines, and client requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor manpower deployment, attendance, and performance onsite.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client, management, and project team.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing project tasks.
  • Identify issues, delays, or risks and recommend solutions promptly.
  • Ensure proper use of company tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Support training and orientation of new staff assigned to the project.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized project area.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or vocational course related to project management, operations, or any similar field (preferred but not required depending on industry).
  • At least 1–3 years of supervisory or team lead experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of project documentation and reporting.
  • Willing to work on-site, extended hours, or shifting schedules depending on project needs.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
