1.Manages detailed project plans, including a bucket 0-4 milestone schedule and work plan, ensuring that project objectives are clearly defined and aligned with organizational goals.

2.Collaborates with project sponsors, project teams, and milestone owners to perform project scoping, ensuring a clear understanding of project requirements and objectives and ensures buy-ins.

3.Develops and executes effective project communication plans, ensuring that project stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle while adhering to the project master plan.

4.Facilitates change requests, evaluates their impact, and prepares detailed reports on recommended changes, including estimated costs and their alignment with project objectives.

5.Prepares comprehensive status reports for project sponsors, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.

6.Provides timely and actionable project status reports to clients, offering support and addressing their needs effectively.

7.Maintains detailed records of project events and issues, creating a knowledge repository for future reference and decision-making, particularly in addressing potential issues.

8.Manages project budgets meticulously, tracking project costs and implementing cost-saving measures to ensure projects stay within budget constraints.

9.Provides regular and consistent updates on project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment with project goals.

10.Provides oversight and guidance to milestone owners in implementing robust risk management strategies to minimize project risks proactively.

11.Leads weekly meetings with project stakeholders to ensure project alignment with timelines, scope, and budget, and facilitates discussions and interventions to address potential risks promptly.

12.Conducts a comprehensive post-project evaluation to identify both successful and unsuccessful project elements, facilitating continuous improvement in future projects.

13.Builds and maintains strong relationships with project stakeholders, inspiring and encouraging their active participation and commitment to project success, while remaining open to their feedback and concerns.
